Phase 1 - Fundamentals
Building The Base
Launch
This phase is the first 90 days, it is the process.
This is where your base will be built. The foundations of the system will be put in place. The basics will be set-up in order to prepare the business for growth and scaling.
Getting You In
This is the process of getting you into our systems and fully integrating you as a client. This includes getting all the necessary info, creating the necessary accounts, logging into your accounts, and onboarding you as a client.
This also includes getting our systems ready for you, and making sure everything is prepared to begin work
Launch
After all that preparation, it’s time to start the engine. This launch phase will consist of the launching of all systems, along with some additional refinements such as:

This is the GROWTH phase.
The systems are already in place, the engine’s oiled up, all that’s left to do is to run it. As we run the systems, we are constantly iterating and refining. Constant testing and improvement ensures progress.

Now that all systems have been launched, our team can begin constantly testing and making improvements based on the results. Ads, emails, website, funnel are all areas where we can run a multitude of tests and make continuous, incremental improvements that, over time, compound to huge strides in building a more well-rounded and high-performing business.
Scaling Winners
These winners are the biggest opportunities to make a lot of money quickly. The key is to take advantage of them as fast as possible. The market and the world are constantly changing, and opportunities come and go quickly. A winner can very quickly lose its status.
The key, is to capitalise on these opportunities fast and hard. A winner is basically a money-duplicating machine. So, as soon as one it’ s found, it’s the time to pour a lot of money into it, and get a huge return. These are the jackpots, the home runs.
Scaling Conversions
Since we already have the traffic, we can now focus our efforts on converting that traffic, seeing how far down the funnel we can get them. The more we improve the conversion rates, the more paid customers you get.
This will include optimising your website, funnel and your sales process. The easier we can make it for your prospects to buy from you, the more customers you’ll get.
Experimenting
At this point, we can also afford to start experimenting, and being more creative with our ideas. An essential marketing practice is to set aside a monthly budget for experimenting with unique and new ideas.
New creatives, new copy, new promotions, new offers, are just a few of the possibilities that can be experimented with. It’s usually through this experimentation process that the winners are found. Winners are versions of a specific aspect of your business that performing exceptionally well at their objective. For example, a winning ad is one that brings in a lot of high-quality traffic at low costs.
Scaling Traffic
This step consists of maximising the amount of traffic we can send to your business (within capacity of course). This includes scaling online advertisement, email marketing, promotions, new offers, etc..
The goal of this stage is to send masses to your funnel.
Improving Fundamentals
We’ve already covered traffic and conversions. At this point, you’re probably getting more customers than you can service (if you’re a service business), and your business has no trouble converting prospects.
All that’s left to do is a few final improvements on the rest of the fundamentals, to smooth everything out and complete your transformation. This includes everything from your social media profiles, your conversion mechanisms, your sales process, your brand message, your referral mechanisms, your customer satisfaction, and your business model itself.
After all of those things are covered, your transformation is officially complete. Your business is now a money-printing machine.

Phase 3 - Expansion

New Ventures
For business owners who want to grow even further, expand their business, and take it to new heights, this is for you. Increasing capacity, expanding to new locations, and branching out to new ventures, are all part of the expansion phase.
Increased Capacity
At this point, your business is probably bringing in more traffic than you can handle. Especially if you’re a service business, you’ll be at capacity. The next step, then, is to increase your capacity. You’ll have plenty of money at your disposal to invest in more employees, more inventory, and more capacity to deliver on your product or service.
This is the first step to business expansion.
New Ventures
The final and only missing step to completing your business’ transformation, is horizontal expansion.
Horizontal expansion is either expanding your products and services into new markets, or increasing the range of said products and services themselves.
Venturing into new fields is key to discovering new opportunities, and even finding blue ocean markets that you can exploit. It allows you to diversify your business, making it overall a more well-rounded enterprise, while also allowing you to reach a much larger audience, since you have new things to offer.
More Locations
Eventually, you’ll have maxed out your capacity at your base location too. Then, it’s time to expand to new locations. Along with further increasing your capacity, this will give you the opportunity to venture into a new market, with a new audience.
In this new market, we can take advantage of all the systems that are already optimised in your business, and tweak them to fit the new market. New ads, new offers, etc..
This new market is an opportunity to hit jackpots and make big money fast.
