The first meeting will be a quick 15-minute call where you’ll be getting a free audit of your business and funnel. A member of our team will show you the flaws in your system from the eye of the experienced marketer, along with some free advice.

On the call, we’ll endeavour to learn more about you, your business, your goals & vision, and why you may be interested in working with us. We’ll discuss what your business objectives are and how you may achieve them. We’ll also give you a quick bird’s eye view of our systems and what we do.

Based on that, we’ll decide whether it makes sense for us to work together. If you are, we’ll move on to the Game Plan.

The Intro Call

If you decide to move forward, the next step would be what we call the Intro. This is where we’ll give you everything you need to know about us, what we do, and how we do it. If the Audit Call was a macro view, this one is a micro view.

Based on everything we discussed in the meeting, we’ll decide whether it makes sense for our companies to work together. If you decide you want to move forward (provided you’re qualified for it, of course), we’ll transition to the Onboarding.

The Game Plan

After our first meeting, our team will use a combination of their own research, and the information provided by you to craft an initial “Game Plan“ for your business. Think of it as a starting strategy, encompassing:

  • all the major problems and how to fix them

  • your objectives and how to achieve them as quickly as possible

    This will the the preparation for the next meeting - the intro call.

During the meeting, we’ll go over the Game Plan with you, and answer all your queries. After the meeting, you’ll have all the information required for you to make the appropriate decision for you and your business.

Onboarding

The onboarding stage is straightforward and efficient.

We’ll get you integrated into our systems, get more information about you so we can start our work, and make sure everything’s in place. With your collaboration, we’ll begin research and preparations for launch.

The very first step of the entire process is to see what we’re working with. The first thing we’ll do, is gather as much info as we can on your business - business model, all required metrics, your service, your team, etc..

Then, using that info, our team will carry out a comprehensive analysis of your business as a whole. This will show us what’s lacking. It will uncover the constraints in your business, and show us what we need to do to grow.

This analysis will show us everything we need to know, about the obstacles that are restraining your growth, your efficiency, and your business’ performance as a whole

Preparation

Combining the results of the audit we performed for your business, and those from our market research, we will begin preparations for further development.

We will begin brainstorming ideas (in collaboration with you) for the next steps to take, and getting your business ready to be transformed. This includes preparing your team, your salespeople, your business as a whole, and yourself, for the changes that are about to come, and ensuring that everything is ready to adapt.

Business Performance

This is one of the most crucial parts of our service. No matter how much we improve your marketing, drive traffic, and get customers to convert, the limit to the amount of money you make will always be your business itself: your product/service, your model, your margins, and your performance in general.

The first one, your product/service is mostly up to you. If you have a subpar product or service, we will give you advice on what you can improve, but we cannot do much else. If we deduce that you cannot deliver to your customers, and will not improve, that will be the end of our partnership, and you will be refunded accordingly.

The others, are what we will focus on. Our team, after analysis, will scope out the changes you will need to make. Our goal will be to:

  • spot constraints and fix them

  • improve efficiency by plugging the leaks and streamlining your entire system

SEO & CRO

After developing and designing the website and the user experience, it’s time to optimise the website’s performance.

To do that, we’ll use 2 things: Search Engine Optimisation and Conversion Rate Optimisation.

Firstly, SEO. Search Engine Optimization is the process of enhancing a website’s visibility on search engines like Google.

By optimizing content and structure, SEO helps a site rank higher in search results, driving organic traffic and increasing online presence. For businesses, effective SEO translates to more potential customers finding their services, leading to increased leads, sales, and overall growth.

And then, CRO. Conversion Rate Optimisation is simple, it’s optimising how good a website is at converting visitors into customers, or simply at moving them further down the funnel while ‘pre-selling‘ them.

So, the SEO helps drive traffic, and the CRO helps convert that traffic. A synergistic combination.

AI Chatbots & Setters

The final step is to set up your AI Chatbots and Appointment Setters. These chatbots will interact with your leads and prospects on your website, your social media profiles, even through WhatsApp and SMS. These chatbots are capable of:

  • answering questions and providing information

Additionally, we will research your best-performing competitors, to see what’s working in your market currently, and iterate from there.

A top-notch funnel is one of the most essential components to a business’ success. However, many businesses have subpar funnels due to a lack of knowledge in the area.

A funnel is the combination of all the processes a person goes through from being a lead to becoming a customer. It is made up of many different parts, each leading to the other in a logical way that progresses the sale forwards. All businesses have a funnel, even though they may not be aware of it. Thus, most business have a sorely lacking funnel.

We will create a full-fledged funnel, tailored to your business and your specific needs. Now that we have all the prerequisites, we can begin working on the overarching strategy. A plan will start to form, and our goal will be to set clear, defined instructions on what we have to do to grow your business. This will be a precise, detailed overview of what our next steps will be, and the clear action tasks that need to be done.

Our first step in marketing will be to revamp your brand. And by brand, we mean your entire business’ image as a whole.

First, will be the visuals and the copy for your brand. That includes your logo, your slogans, your graphics, etc…
But that’s only surface level.

Then, we will review your brand’s vision, the message you put out to the market. What is your philosophy, what does your business bring to the market? What is your business’ mission? What message are you sending to your audience? This will be essential in not only establishing a clear objective for yourself and your employees, but will also give you an IDENTITY.

At this point, everything has already been set up. The money-printing machine has been built, all that’s left to do, is to add the fuel and run it.

To drive traffic to the funnel, we will use a method that’s tried and true in the business world: advertising.

Our team will set up the systems required for online advertising, include the necessary data tracking. Meanwhile, our marketing specialists will work on creating high-performing ad content that we will run.

Then, a small initial monetary investment will be required to start running the ads. As from there, we will focus on improving the ads, constantly testing, tweaking, and refining to increase efficiency.

This will be our primary method of driving traffic to the funnel.

Sales Process

We already have our main traffic generating methods. The traffic goes through the funnel. The next part will depend on what kind of business you have.

If you’re a low-ticket business, where all the prospect has to do is to buy, then it ends here. You have no sales process.

But, if you’re a higher-ticket business, especially service-based, you’ll most probably have meetings with prospects before closing them on a sale. This is where the sales process comes in.

We will review and refine your sales process, to make sure that you close more customers. The higher your close rate, the more money you make from the funnel. For high-ticket offers, the funnel only gets you an opportunity to sell. The final step is to close the deal.

Referral Optimisation

The next traffic-generating method, is actually one of the most underrated, yet powerful ways of getting more customers. It’s dead simple: get your customers to bring you more customers.

The first part of this equation is customer satisfaction, which we already covered in the previous section. For customers to refer you to their acquaintances, they have to be happy with you first.

But, that’s not enough. People won’t always go around telling other people about you and how great you are. You need to remind them, and convince them to do it.

Most business don’t have specific steps for generating referrals. We will set up the necessary processes in your business, your marketing, and your sales process that will maximise referrals.

Then, we will begin creating email campaigns to send out to your email list. The campaigns will have different objectives, such as communicating promotions, special offers, getting referrals, getting better reviews etc…
